The five country partners of the transnational project «-OUTIL-AGES Transnational » are all convinced that it is important to build up the right managerial practices for age management at the workplace.

The partners have developed a Benchmarking tool, whose generic design and lack of cultural references means it is usable by line managers in all European Countries, whatever the business sector.

Explanatory documents help in the adoption of a genuine active ageing culture in European companies, as they focus on managerial practices for implementation and understanding the stakes.
